The 16th Iranian All Petanque and Bowls Championships for selecting men, women and juniors’ national teams together with the 17th General Assembly of the Iran Petanque and Bowls Association (IPBA) were organized successfully in Tehran during January 13-17, 2025. Last week, was the second time that the most famous international venue of Iran “Azadi Sport Complex” hosted the national annual of the IPBA.

After two years of world events awarding directly qualifying titles or selection points, the following federations (see ‘read more) have been selected for the World Games, which will take place from 07 to 17 August in Chengdu, China.

Teams will consist of one female and one male athlete, who will compete in three events: precision shooting - ladies and gentlemen - and a mixed doubles competition. The athletes will be fully catered for from August 12th, the day of arrival, until August 18th, the day of departure, with the competitions taking place on August 15th, 16th and 17th, the day of the closing ceremony...

The City of DIJON, the FIPJP, the FFPJP & the Côte d'Or (21) Committee are ready to host the 51st Men's Triplettes World Championships & the 17th Precision Shooting World Championship which will take place in Dijon (France) from 05 to 08 December 2024 at the Zénith de Dijon. The World Petanque and Bowls Federation has produced postcard-sized anti-doping flyers in 4 languages. A French/English version will be printed on paper for distribution on the AD stand at the 2024 World Championships in Dijon. The flyers can be downloaded from the WPBF & FIPJP Anti-Doping website. Nations wishing to do so will be able to download them / or link to their national web page if they wish.
